Hapkido includes a vast variety of arm an leg joint locks, weapon techniques, throw, kick, hit, and nerve pressure techniques. It can be learned both by men and by women, regardless of their age.

Haidong Kumdo

Students learn forms, step drills, sitting and moving meditation. Unlike Kendo and its Korean equivalent, Kumdo, the focus in Haidong Kumdo is not dueling but on the tactics of outdoor, pitched battles.
